You don’t have to accept change. You do; however, have to accept the fact that change has occurred.

Few of us like change. Sure, some changes are good and actually looked forward to. But in general, we like things to rock along, just like they’re going. At least we know what to expect. When things change, our mind can wander off to worrying about things that we can’t control and oftentimes will never come to pass.

When change does happen, it’s usually not a good idea to stick your head in the sand, hoping it’ll change or go away. That’s because it rarely changes and it rarely goes away.

Today’s Tiny Words. Big Life. Bible verse talks about God’s all powerful hand changing things in our world as He so chooses. His perfect plan is full of change–which might be a little hard to understand.

The recommendation for today’s post is to have faith in God that He’s in control. Let Him help you through the changes we all face in life. You’ll never catch him by surprise. You’ll never bring Him something He has never seen before. He’s the master change manager. Don’t rely on the shifting sands of our world as something to hold onto. Build your spiritual home on the rock of His word because that’s the one thing that’ll never change.

Daniel 2 : 21

He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.
